Client Service Specialist

About the role

As a Client Service Delivery Specialist IV at JPMorgan Chase, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and operational support. You will handle client inquiries, process transactions, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to refer additional services based on client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support, addressing client inquiries and processing transactions.
• Troubleshoot client issues using knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Identify and refer relevant financial products and services to meet client needs.
• Apply established policies to solve non‑routine problems.
• Maintain data integrity while processing transactions.

Required profile

• Baseline knowledge of client service operations, including transaction processing and service referral.
• Ability to apply policies and procedures to resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong probing ability.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced, changing environment and teamwork orientation.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
