Client Relationship Manager

About the role

The Client Relationship Manager will be based on‑site in Gurugram and will act as the primary point of contact for both existing and prospective customers of Siddh Chemiplast. You will ensure customer needs are understood, addressed promptly, and translated into actionable plans that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with customers, handling inquiries, orders and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, production, logistics and technical support to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM system and prepare periodic reports on account activity.
• Support business development initiatives, including customer visits and participation in meetings.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build long‑term client relationships and manage multiple accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering or a related field.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Gurugram and travel to customer locations when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
