Client Analyst – Data & Presentation Support

About the role

Numerator is looking for a Client Analyst to support its sales teams by delivering accurate data outputs and polished presentations. You will work with a variety of market research databases to transform raw data into actionable insights for leading brands and retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate precise data extracts using Numerator’s data output software based on client briefs.
• Locate and retrieve relevant data from multiple internal databases.
• Format data for direct client or consultant use via PowerPoint, Excel, or Power BI.
• Produce and update customer reports, stories, and home‑page content.
• Optionally perform pre‑analysis of data to streamline consultant workflows.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) at C2 level.
• Recent graduate in data science, statistics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working with data, preferably in a market‑research or analytics environment.
• Strong autonomy, organization, and a proactive attitude toward process improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using Power BI for data visualization.
• Comfort with data‑output software and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
