Cleanroom Technician – Facility Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Technician to ensure the optimal performance of our controlled environment facilities. You will work hands‑on with HVAC, chillers, exhaust, compressed air, DI water, and gas line systems while adhering to strict cleanroom protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of cleanroom systems, including HVAC, chillers, exhaust, compressed air, DI water, and gas lines.
• Operate equipment and machinery in a controlled environment while wearing appropriate cleanroom garments.
• Support installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
• Monitor cleanroom parameters such as temperature, humidity, and particle levels, and report deviations daily.
• Maintain building management and environmental control systems, responding to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Document procedures, batch records, and logs accurately and timely.
• Handle and transport materials following contamination control guidelines.
• Assist with cleanroom validations, equipment calibration, and inspections.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably within a cleanroom or high‑tech manufacturing environment.
• Prior exposure to cleanroom, laboratory, or controlled‑environment work is a plus.
