Cleaning and Maintenance Agent

About the role

The position supports the Director of Multi‑Accueil by ensuring a clean, safe, and well‑organized environment for children and staff. You will be responsible for daily hygiene and maintenance tasks within the childcare facility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and follow a cleaning schedule while respecting hygiene protocols.
• Clean and tidy all premises, including classrooms, common areas, and restrooms.
• Manage linen care, including washing, drying, and storage.
• Sort and dispose of waste according to regulations.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and materials.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and attend regular team meetings.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of hygiene and safety rules.
• Adaptability and ability to work well in a team.
• Rigorous, organized, and discreet professional attitude.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Versatility and willingness to handle varied tasks.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in early childhood settings.
