Civil/Mechanical Supervisor – Transmission Line

About the role

The Supervisor – Civil/Mechanical – Transmission Line will provide field‑level supervision of foundation, stub‑setting, civil works and tower erection for high‑voltage transmission projects. The role is site‑based in Khavda (or Surat) and involves close coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and successful delivery of HVDC and transmission infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Verify tower location, foundation type, excavation dimensions and soil conditions.
• Inspect concrete grade, batching, slump, cube sampling, pouring, compaction and curing.
• Monitor tower erection, crane operations, lifting sequence and temporary supports.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements and ITP requirements.
• Coordinate stage inspections with survey, QA/QC and HSE personnel and maintain inspection records.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of transmission line construction experience, including tower foundations, stub‑setting and tower erection.
