About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Civil Supervisor to lead civil construction projects during shutdown phases in Bihar. The role involves ensuring efficient, safe execution of all construction activities while complying with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all aspects of civil construction projects, especially during shutdown periods.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely task completion.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports and documentation.
