Civil Supervisor – Construction Site Management

About the role

The Civil Supervisor will manage daily construction activities at the project site in Raichur, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in line with approved drawings and quality standards. This role coordinates contractors, workers, and project teams to achieve timely project completion while maintaining high workmanship standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction tasks, including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor labor productivity and resource utilization.
• Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Verify measurements and quantities of executed work.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
• Monitor material usage and support procurement requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in construction or project supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings and BOQs.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred).
