Civil Site Execution Engineer

About the role

The Civil Site Execution Engineer is responsible for overseeing daily civil construction activities on‑site, ensuring that work progresses according to design, schedule, quality, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned civil works (earthwork, sub‑structure, super‑structure, finishing) following approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise subcontractors and on‑site workforce to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Monitor daily progress, report delays or issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage timely availability and optimal use of materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Conduct inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, plastering and other civil works.
• Maintain site documentation such as daily progress reports, inspection checklists, and material reconciliations.
• Collaborate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure compliance with standards and safe work practices.
• Assist in preparing bar‑bending schedules, joint measurements, and reviewing contractor bills.
• Identify technical issues and work with design/engineering teams for resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil construction site execution.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
• Ability to supervise teams, manage resources, and communicate effectively with contractors.
• Attention to detail for quality control and safety compliance.
