Civil Site Execution Engineer

About the role

The Civil Site Execution Engineer is responsible for delivering civil works on‑site according to approved drawings and technical specifications. You will lead subcontractors and the on‑site workforce, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute earthwork, substructure, superstructure and finishing activities as per design documents.
• Supervise subcontractors and labour to maintain schedule adherence and quality.
• Monitor daily progress, report delays, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage timely availability and optimal use of materials, manpower and equipment.
• Inspect civil works such as shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, brickwork and plastering.
• Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, inspection checklists and material reconciliation.
• Collaborate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in preparing Bar Bending Schedules, joint measurements and contractor billing.
• Resolve technical issues in coordination with design and engineering teams.
