Civil Project Manager

About the role

The Civil Project Manager will lead civil and infrastructure construction projects for Shree Gautam Construction Company Limited in Guwahati. This full-time, on-site position oversees projects from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance with design, quality, safety and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor project timelines, resources and budgets.
• Supervise site teams, coordinate with contractors, consultants and clients.
• Review drawings, technical specifications and ensure adherence to relevant codes and standards.
• Allocate resources, resolve on-site issues and enforce safety and quality control procedures.
• Prepare regular progress and cost reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience managing civil construction or infrastructure projects on site.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction codes, standards and safety regulations.
• Ability to work full-time on site in Guwahati and adapt to project-based demands.
