Civil Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of construction projects across residential, commercial, institutional and industrial sectors. The successful candidate will oversee all phases from inception to hand‑over, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Monitor progress, control costs, material consumption and subcontractor billing.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, consultants and internal teams.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and safety personnel.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and occupational safety regulations.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication.

Required profile

• 7–15 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior or construction projects.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering (BE/DCE) or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Project planning and scheduling.
• Cost control and budgeting.
• Familiarity with project management software (advantageous).
