About the role

We are seeking a motivated Civil Lawyer to join our real‑estate team in Bhubaneswar. The role focuses on legal due‑diligence and documentation for property transactions, supporting developers and clients.

Key responsibilities

Verify land documents, including Encumbrance Certificates and Sale Deed registrations.
Conduct title verification and legal due‑diligence for property deals.
Handle mutation, Record of Rights (RoR), land records and related paperwork.
Interpret and apply RERA approvals and real‑estate compliance requirements.
Coordinate with government offices, advocates, developers and clients to ensure smooth transaction flow.
Draft and review legal agreements related to real‑estate transactions.

Required profile

LL.B. degree (freshers welcome).
Basic knowledge of Odisha land laws and property documentation.
Good drafting and communication abilities.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Experience level: fresher to 1 year.
