About the role
BCPL is seeking a qualified Civil Foreman to oversee construction activities on its projects. The successful candidate will manage site operations, coordinate workers, and ensure that work is carried out safely and to the required standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on civil works sites.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams to meet project timelines.
- Monitor quality of workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain site records, report progress, and address any on‑site issues promptly.
Required profile
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks.
- At least 2 years of post‑qualification experience in a supervisory or foreman role on civil construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
