About the role

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer (or Senior Civil Engineer) to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai. The role focuses on cost management, billing verification, estimation, and contract coordination for real‑estate and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates and quantity take‑offs.
Verify contractor and vendor bills, measurements and supporting documents.
Monitor project costs, support budget control and prepare MIS reports.
Perform rate analysis, cost comparisons and assist in tendering processes.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Update billing status and maintain accurate project documentation.

Required profile

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in costing, estimation, BOQ preparation and contract management.
Exposure to real‑estate, residential, commercial or infrastructure projects.
Strong analytical abilities and coordination skills.
