Civil Engineer – Project Supervision & Construction Management

About the role

We are hiring a Civil Engineer (Building) to lead project supervision and construction management for multiple upcoming infrastructure projects across India. The role ensures that large‑scale building works are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all civil construction activities, including structural, architectural, and finishing works for large infrastructure buildings.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Review and interpret civil designs, drawings, and specifications, integrating civil works with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality documentation to guarantee adherence to codes such as NBC and IS standards.
• Implement sustainable construction practices to meet green building requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (mandatory); Master’s degree in civil engineering or construction management (preferred).
• Certification in construction management or green building practices (e.g., LEED AP, PMP or equivalent).
• Experience managing civil works in live environments such as operational airports or malls.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
