Civil Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

The Civil Construction Site Supervisor position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Ayodhya. You will oversee daily civil construction activities, coordinate with suppliers and contractors, and ensure efficient use of materials and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day civil construction work at project sites.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and local stakeholders.
• Interpret basic drawings and site plans to guide work.
• Monitor quality and safety standards on‑site.
• Record daily progress and report issues to management promptly.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and site supervision.
• Ability to read and understand simple technical drawings or site plans.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety practices and quality standards.
• Experience in civil construction or related fieldwork in Ayodhya or nearby areas is a plus.
• Diploma, certificate, or coursework in civil engineering or construction is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on‑site in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
