Civil 3D / MicroStation / OpenRoads Designer – Land Development

About the role

We are looking for a Civil 3D, MicroStation, or OpenRoads Designer to join our land development team in Hyderabad. You will work on a variety of projects, designing and managing stormwater, grading, and utility systems while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare land development and site civil construction drawings for roads, utilities, grading, drainage, and erosion control.
• Assist in creating zoning, preliminary, and conceptual land development plans.
• Develop site grading, stormwater management, and safety designs under senior guidance.
• Draft soil erosion and sediment control plans, including BMPs, swales, and spillways.
• Prepare water, sewer, and utility plans to meet U.S. local agency requirements.
• Research standards and codes, and respond to agency review comments.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (U.S. education preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in civil land planning and engineering.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and well‑organized.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation.
• Proficiency in Bentley OpenRoads.
