Civil 3D / MicroStation / OpenRoads Designer – Land Development

About the role

We are looking for a Civil 3D, MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer to join our land development team in Hyderabad. The role involves designing, planning and managing stormwater and site civil systems for a variety of projects, working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare land development and site civil construction drawings and documents, including roads, utilities, grading, drainage and erosion control.
• Assist in zoning, preliminary and conceptual land development plans.
• Work on site grading, stormwater management and safety design under senior guidance.
• Draft soil erosion and sediment control plans (BMPs, swales, spillways, sequences).
• Prepare water, sewer and utility plans in accordance with U.S. local agency requirements.
• Research standards and codes, and respond to agency review comments.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers and multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (U.S. education preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in civil land planning and engineering.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and strong organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Proficiency with Bentley MicroStation.
• Proficiency with Bentley OpenRoads.
