City Head – Youth Community

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic City Head to own and grow the Youth:ink community in a specific city. You will be the bridge between college campuses, student creators, and the brand, turning ideas into on‑ground actions that engage and empower young storytellers.

Key responsibilities

• Build, nurture and expand the Youth:ink student community within the city.
• Recruit and manage a pipeline of campus ambassadors and creators.
• Develop and execute strategies to activate, engage and retain community members.
• Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, student bodies, clubs, societies and faculty.
• Identify key campus events, festivals and calendars to align community activities.
• Conceptualise and run offline activations, branding opportunities and campus ambassador programmes.
• Plan budgets, resource requirements and timelines for on‑ground marketing initiatives.
• Track engagement metrics and continuously improve participation and retention.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of college campus culture and student motivations.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with academic institutions and student groups.
• Ability to translate ideas into actionable on‑site programs.
• Excellent communication, networking and organisational abilities.
