Chiller Operator & Maintenance Support Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chiller Operator cum Maintenance Support Technician to join our facility management team. You will be responsible for the reliable operation and upkeep of our HVAC and chiller plant systems, ensuring continuous performance and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor chiller plant, AHUs, and pump systems to maintain optimal performance.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on chillers, air handling units, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues and coordinate vendor support for major breakdowns.
• Maintain daily log sheets, recording temperature, pressure, and other critical parameters.
• Assist with electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks across the facility.
• Identify potential issues proactively and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience with chiller plant operations and HVAC maintenance.
• Solid understanding of air handling units, pumps, and cooling systems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and operational procedures.
