Childcare Teachers, Assistants & Floaters

About the role

Trinity Learning Center is seeking enthusiastic childcare professionals to join a vibrant early‑learning environment. You will work directly with children of various ages, fostering their emotional, social, intellectual, physical, and spiritual growth through play, crafts, storytelling, and educational games.

Key responsibilities

• Engage children in age‑appropriate arts, crafts, storytelling, exercise, and educational activities.
• Support lead teachers in classroom management and lesson delivery.
• Supervise children during classroom time, after‑school programs, and transitional periods.
• Assist with daily routines, snack preparation, and classroom organization.
• Provide flexible coverage across classrooms as a floater when needed.

Required profile

• Genuine love for children of all developmental stages.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of experience in early childhood education.
• Successful background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Collaborative, flexible, and supportive attitude toward staff and families.
