About the role

We are seeking a friendly and nurturing Child Care Assistant to join our team in a supportive, inclusive environment. The role involves building positive relationships with children and staff while contributing to a fun, caring atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Engage children in playful, respectful activities and support their development.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
• Take initiative to create enjoyable experiences for children.
• Maintain a clear criminal record and child abuse registry check.
• Hold a current first aid and CPR certification.
• Complete the required 40‑hour training and Commit to Kids training.

Required profile

• Playful, nurturing, inclusive and respectful attitude.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Clear criminal record and child abuse registry check.

Required skills

• Current First Aid certification.
• Current CPR certification.
