Child Care Assistant

About the role
We are looking for a compassionate Child Care Assistant to join our team and help create a safe, nurturing environment for young children. You will support daily activities, promote learning, and ensure each child feels valued and cared for.
Key responsibilities
- Constantly monitor and supervise children throughout the day.
- Assist children with meals and snacks, ensuring proper nutrition and hygiene.
- Maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
- Support the development of learning programs that foster overall growth.
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and health‑and‑safety policies at all times.
Required profile
- 0‑6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent), preferably in schools or day‑care centers.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level).
- Knowledge of Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu or other regional languages is an asset.
- Police Clearance Certificate.
