Chief of Staff – Healthtech Startup

About the role

BeatO, India’s most trusted digital platform for diabetes and metabolic health, is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders. This high‑trust, high‑visibility position offers exposure to strategy, fundraising, operations, and new business lines such as the GLP‑1‑led weight‑management program.

Key responsibilities

• Drive founders’ top priorities to completion by coordinating stakeholders, removing blockers, and ensuring execution.
• Run the operating rhythm: prepare board decks, investor updates, and leadership reviews while consolidating data and business narratives.
• Lead special projects that address cross‑functional business problems, new initiatives, market opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Translate data from growth, clinical, and finance teams into decision‑ready insights and recommendations.
• Develop business ownership through exposure to leadership discussions and potential future leadership of a function or vertical.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in a high‑intensity, high‑ownership environment such as consulting, investment banking, a startup, or a Founder’s Office.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear action plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable coordinating across teams and driving accountability.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience working with data and spreadsheets.
