Chief Marketing Officer

About the role

The Chief Marketing Officer will shape and champion the Sahu Group’s brand identity, driving growth across its diverse business units. Reporting to the Managing Director, the CMO will align group‑level branding with individual business strategies to boost visibility, customer loyalty and profitable expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Define the Sahu Group’s brand purpose, values, positioning and long‑term narrative, and create a coherent brand architecture for all subsidiaries.
• Develop and enforce brand guidelines across locations, campaigns and customer touchpoints.
• Partner with each Business Unit head to design annual marketing strategies, budgets, customer acquisition plans and measurable growth targets.
• Lead digital, social media, content and performance marketing initiatives, including CRM, analytics and marketing technology deployment.
• Oversee consumer research, competitor tracking, market insights, PR, media relations and crisis communication.
• Coordinate employer branding efforts with the CHRO and manage strategic partnerships, new‑market launches and geographic expansion.
• Control marketing budgets, agency relationships, team capability development and ROI reporting.

• Proven senior‑level experience in brand strategy and integrated marketing within a diversified business environment.
• Strong track record of driving customer acquisition, retention and profitable growth.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate marketing investment into measurable business outcomes.
