About the role

The Chemistry Faculty will deliver engaging, exam‑focused instruction in Chemistry for NEET aspirants in the Greater Kolkata area. This full‑time, on‑site position involves planning and conducting classroom sessions, simplifying complex concepts, and aligning teaching with the NEET exam pattern.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and study materials covering Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
• Design practice questions, mock tests, and assess student performance.
• Provide one‑on‑one or small‑group doubt‑clearing sessions.
• Collaborate with other subject experts to refine curriculum.
• Contribute content for both online and offline learning resources.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience teaching JEE or NEET preparation.
• Postgraduate degree in Chemistry or a closely related discipline.
• Proven classroom or coaching experience with senior secondary or NEET‑level students.
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Commitment to student‑centric teaching and academic integrity.
