Chef – Multi‑Cuisine Food Court (Mumbai/Noida)

About the role

Isthara is looking for a full‑time Chef to lead kitchen operations in its high‑volume food courts located in Mumbai and Noida. You will prepare a wide range of dishes across multiple cuisines, ensuring consistent taste, quality, and presentation for a large number of guests.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute menu items for a multi‑cuisine food court environment.
• Manage daily kitchen operations, including ingredient inventory, portion control, and waste minimisation.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and safe work culture.

Required profile

• Professional culinary experience in multi‑cuisine cooking, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or food courts.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best‑practice hygiene procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
• Excellent attention to detail in taste, presentation, and portion consistency.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
