Chef – Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the role

Satv Ancient Superfoods is seeking a passionate Chef to join its Gurugram kitchen. The role involves preparing meals according to company recipes, maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene and efficiency in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food following company recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and portion control.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory, store ingredients properly and minimize food wastage.
• Coordinate with the operations team for timely food preparation.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and report equipment maintenance needs.
• Support development of new recipes and improvement of existing menu items.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience as a Chef, Commis Chef or Cook, preferably in restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens or the FMCG/food industry.
• Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts or a related field (optional, relevant experience considered).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
