Chef de Partie – Continental

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to lead our Continental and pizza station, delivering high‑quality dishes that delight our guests. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, you will ensure consistency and excellence across the kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring top taste, appearance, and presentation.
• Take ownership of the pizza station, crafting a variety of pizzas with precision and creativity.
• Assist in developing and refining menu items to align with our culinary vision and guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with other kitchen team members to expedite orders and deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, preferably in a high‑volume restaurant environment.
• Expertise in Continental, Italian, and International cuisines with a focus on pizza making.
• Strong understanding of culinary techniques and flavor profiles, capable of executing dishes to perfection.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are desirable.
