Chef de Partie – Continental Cuisine (Pizza Focus)

About the role

The Chef de Partie – Continental Cuisine will lead the pizza station and support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality Continental, Italian and International dishes. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, you will ensure consistency, creativity and safety in every plate.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, maintaining taste, appearance and presentation standards.
• Take ownership of the pizza station, crafting a variety of pizzas with precision and creativity.
• Assist in developing and refining menu items to align with the culinary vision and guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to expedite orders and ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering continuous learning and development.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Expertise in Continental, Italian and International cuisines, with a strong focus on pizza making.
• Solid understanding of culinary techniques, flavor profiles and the ability to execute dishes to perfection.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are desirable.
