Chat Support Process Associate – Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the role

We are looking for a Process Associate to provide first‑line chat support to end‑customers. The role involves handling basic L0/L1 queries related to printing, software usage and general product questions through a dedicated chat channel.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, providing accurate information and troubleshooting basic issues.
• Escalate complex cases to the L2 support team (Fuji Films) when necessary.
• Maintain records of interactions and update the CRM system with status and resolutions.
• Adhere to communication guidelines, service level targets and quality standards.
• Handle customer complaints and propose appropriate solutions within defined timeframes.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in customer support or client service, preferably in chat or call‑center environments.
• Strong written English communication skills and good typing speed.
• Ability to assess issues quickly, multitask and prioritize workload.
• Collaborative mindset to work with other departments and obtain necessary information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM tools.
