Chartered Accountant

About the role

SSRC Logistics Ltd is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join its finance team in Goa. This full‑time, on‑site position will be responsible for the end‑to‑end financial accounting, statutory compliance, and reporting of a leading logistics and transportation company.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and analyse financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts and cash flow statements.
• Manage direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS and corporate tax filings.
• Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities and banks to ensure compliance.
• Monitor budgeting, cost control and variance analysis for fleet, warehousing and logistics projects.
• Strengthen internal controls, support ERP/accounting system enhancements and ensure audit readiness.
• Provide timely financial insights and reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with active registration and good standing.
• Strong foundation in financial accounting, reporting and statutory compliance under Indian regulations.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control and financial planning, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems and advanced Excel for large data sets.
• Ability to design robust internal controls, manage risk and handle confidential information with integrity.
