About the role
As the Channel SIOP Lead within Pelsis' Ecommerce Centre of Excellence, you will own the end‑to‑end Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process for the ecommerce channel. You will ensure the right products are positioned in the right fulfilment centres at the right time, balancing inventory investment, customer service and landed cost while supporting rapid global growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the monthly SIOP cycle, integrating demand, supply, inventory and financial plans.
- Facilitate cross‑functional demand, supply and executive review meetings to align on a single operational plan.
- Develop accurate demand forecasts using marketplace data, commercial insights, promotions and new product launches.
- Build supply and replenishment plans that maximise product availability while optimising inventory investment.
- Own inventory planning for Amazon FBA, AWD and third‑party fulfilment centres, reducing excess stock and stock‑outs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight providers and Amazon Global Logistics to ensure efficient product movement.
- Identify and mitigate supply‑chain risks before they impact customers.
- Establish standardised planning processes, governance and playbooks to support scalable growth.
- Monitor and report KPIs such as forecast accuracy, product availability, OTIF, inventory value and working capital.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Inventory Management Analysts.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading SIOP or integrated planning processes in an ecommerce or fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills across commercial, supply‑chain, finance and logistics teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive decision‑making and resolve supply risks.
- Leadership experience building and developing high‑performing planning teams.
