About the role

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at BETA provides direct, hands‑on care to patients in an on‑site healthcare setting in Tiruvallur. Working full‑time, the CNA assists with daily living activities, monitors vital signs, and supports patient safety and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, hygiene, and comfort measures.
• Measure, record, and report vital signs, intake/output, and any changes in patient condition.
• Help with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent injury.
• Prepare patient rooms, maintain cleanliness of care areas, and follow infection‑control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals, supporting patient education and emotional well‑being.
• Adhere to clinical guidelines, ethical standards, and documentation procedures.

Required profile

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and registration as required locally.
• Demonstrated ability to provide patient care, including assistance with daily living activities.
• Capability to accurately measure and document vital signs and basic clinical observations.
• Knowledge of infection‑control practices, safety procedures, and proper handling of medical equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move patients safely on a daily basis.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and consistent adherence to clinical protocols.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and participate in ongoing training.
