Central Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

The Central Maintenance Coordinator ensures the reliability and availability of production and utility equipment through a proactive Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) approach. The role develops, updates, and deploys Heineken Asset Care Standards (HACS) within EAM/CMMS systems, supports Spare Parts Management, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and embed global and local safety, food safety, and legal maintenance tasks into HACS.
• Capture asset condition and integrity assessments, supporting quality‑related tasks and Q‑point inspections.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to optimise long‑term R&M lifecycle costing and replacement CAPEX plans.
• Execute proactive reliability engineering, benchmark performance across OpCos, and act as third‑tier support in maintenance escalations.
• Lead breakdown reduction initiatives, manage supplier technical requirements, and oversee HACS deployment.
• Define conditions and provide input for Spare Parts Management processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in reliability engineering and maintenance improvement within production environments.
• Familiarity with safety, food safety and sustainability standards in a manufacturing context.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with planners, engineers, and suppliers.
