Cellarhand & Packaging Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our 20‑acre cidery on the Sunshine Coast. As a Cellarhand and Packaging Assistant you will help with the day‑to‑day operations that keep our craft cider production running smoothly, from handling barrels to packaging the finished product.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with cellar tasks such as moving, cleaning, and organizing barrels and equipment.
• Package finished cider into bottles, cans, or kegs according to quality standards.
• Support the production team with loading, unloading, and inventory checks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following health and safety guidelines.
• Help set up and break down equipment for special events or live music nights.

Required profile

• Hard‑working, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn on the job.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast‑paced production setting.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
