CDL Class A OTR Driver – Up to $100k + Sign‑On Bonus

About the role

We are seeking experienced CDL‑A drivers to operate high‑mileage, cross‑border OTR routes between the United States and Canada. The position offers a competitive earnings potential of up to $100,000 annually, a $4,000 sign‑on bonus, and additional pay for orientation, pickups, drops, and safety performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive late‑model automatic trucks on 9,000–12,500 miles per month across the U.S.‑Canada border.
• Maintain accurate records using electronic logs and GPS navigation systems.
• Handle no‑touch freight safely and efficiently, adhering to all DOT regulations.
• Collaborate with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries and optimal routing.
• Uphold company safety standards and contribute to a low‑turnover fleet.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months of CDL‑A driving experience.
• Valid CDL‑A license and ability to pass DOT screening.
• Cross‑border driving experience is a plus.
• Reefer trailer knowledge is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems.
• Experience using electronic log (e‑log) devices.
• Operation of automatic transmission trucks.
