CCTV Operator

About the role

The CCTV Operator will work on‑site in Patna, monitoring live and recorded surveillance footage to detect suspicious activity, security breaches, and equipment issues. This full‑time position supports the company’s security operations by ensuring accurate incident reporting and timely escalation.

Key responsibilities

• Operate DVR/NVR systems and manage multiple camera views in real time.
• Log incidents, generate reports, and forward alerts to security or technical teams.
• Perform basic system checks, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate maintenance when needed.
• Provide footage on request, respond to alerts, and maintain detailed surveillance records.
• Ensure all monitoring activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in security systems or IT is a plus.
• Prior experience in CCTV operations or security services is advantageous.
• Strong observational abilities and situational awareness.
• Effective written and verbal communication for incident documentation.
• Willingness to work on‑site with flexible shift schedules, including evenings, weekends or holidays.
