CCTV Operator – Hyderabad (Jadcherla)

About the role

The institute is seeking a diligent CCTV Operator to monitor and manage its video surveillance system across the campus in Jadcherla, Hyderabad. The role involves continuous observation of live feeds, ensuring equipment functionality, and promptly reporting any incidents to maintain a safe environment for students and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor all CCTV cameras during working hours, ensuring proper recording to NVR.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV equipment, coordinating with vendors for repairs.
• Store, catalog, and archive footage securely for easy retrieval.
• Observe surveillance feeds attentively and note any unusual or suspicious activity.
• Report incidents to appropriate authorities, providing detailed descriptions and identifying information.

Required profile

• Intermediate or graduate level education.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a CCTV Operator.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while monitoring screens.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting to police or courts.
