Cashier – Retail & Café

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and accurate Cashier to join BetterGreens, a premium grocery, bakery and café launching soon in Gurgaon. The role involves handling all guest transactions and supporting the store’s financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process billing and operate the POS system with precision.
• Handle cash, card and digital payment transactions.
• Maintain daily transaction records and reconcile cash drawers.
• Coordinate with floor staff to ensure smooth checkout experiences.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and support inventory‑related financial tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of cashier experience, preferably in retail, hospitality or food‑and‑beverage.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Customer‑first attitude with a warm, professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Working knowledge of ERP software.
• Familiarity with GST regulations and basic tax filing.
