About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Cashier to join our retail team in Malad. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a friendly and efficient checkout experience while supporting overall store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer queries, and help locate products.
- Operate scanners, cash registers and card terminals accurately.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle exchanges or returns.
- Bag or wrap purchases safely and maintain a clean workspace.
- Follow store procedures for vouchers, promotions and payment types.
- Assist colleagues to ensure smooth store operations and complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Minimum age 18 years.
- At least 12th grade education.
- Energetic, creative and good time‑management skills.
- Commitment to delivering great customer service.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- General computer proficiency.
