Cashier

About the role

Wopper Dehradun is seeking a full‑time Cashier to join its on‑site guest services team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, handling ticket sales, payments and wristband issuance in a fast‑paced entertainment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash, card and digital payments accurately at ticketing and payment counters.
• Issue receipts, vouchers or wristbands as required.
• Greet guests, answer basic pricing and package questions, and manage queues.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Reconcile cash drawers at the start and end of each shift.
• Resolve simple billing issues and coordinate with front‑desk and operations teams.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong numerical accuracy and basic math skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Reliability, punctuality and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑traffic, fast‑moving entertainment setting.

Required skills

• Comfort using POS systems.
• Familiarity with billing software.
• Experience with digital payment platforms.
