Cargo Backoffice Sales Agent – Delhi

About the role

We are looking for a Cargo Backoffice Sales Agent to support our Delhi station in generating cargo revenue. The role provides sales‑related back‑office support, handling data, coordinating with agents and ensuring the sales team meets its targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Senior Account Managers with queries and escalations to maintain service quality.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of trade partners and support the sales team in daily operations.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to line managers and regional management.
• Generate ad‑hoc reports as required by the reporting line manager.
• Utilise sales tools such as Power BI, Salesforce and WACD data to support decision‑making.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures for sales operations to ensure alignment with QR Cargo’s standards.
• Perform additional departmental duties as directed by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• High school qualification with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Statistical studies background.
• Experience in the airline or air‑freight industry; cargo sales knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with IATA/TACT regulations.
• Legal right to live and work in India.
