Car Driver

About the role

Alpha Travels is looking for a reliable Car Driver to join its team in Kalyan Dombivli. This full‑time, on‑site position involves transporting individual and corporate clients on local and outstation trips while ensuring safety, punctuality, and a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off passengers according to schedule, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Assist passengers with luggage and provide a courteous, professional travel experience.
• Coordinate routes and schedules with the dispatch team and keep travel documents up to date.
• Report any maintenance issues or incidents promptly to management.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills for interacting with diverse passengers.
• Commitment to service quality, safety guidelines, and continuous improvement.
• Good knowledge of Mumbai, Kalyan, Thane, Navi Mumbai routes and willingness to travel outstation.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Minimum education: secondary school; prior professional driving experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Valid commercial driving license with a clean driving record.
• Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance awareness.
