About the role

ZOA, a premium dining destination in Jodhpur, is seeking enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join its Food & Beverage Service Team. The role includes two positions – Captain and Guest Services Associate – focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a modern, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional service to guests, ensuring accuracy in order taking and timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and confidently recommend menu items.
• Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, and service teams to uphold service standards.
• Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout the dining area.
• Address guest requests promptly and resolve any concerns to create memorable experiences.
• Follow ZOA’s SOPs and service standards consistently.

Required profile

• Experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or similar hospitality settings.
• Captain: minimum 2 years in a supervisory or captain role.
• Guest Services Associate: 0–3 years of experience; freshers with a positive attitude are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑groomed, customer‑focused, and passionate about hospitality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
