CAPEX Project Management Consultant – Advisory (Associate to Manager)

About the role

PwC is seeking motivated professionals to join its Advisory practice, helping clients transform the governance, monitoring and delivery of large‑scale capital projects across India. Depending on experience, you will work as an Associate, Senior Associate or Manager, supporting digital and PMO workstreams that drive better decision‑making and performance visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery teams in building and operating governance and digital workstreams, managing data, trackers, dashboards and PMO artefacts.
• Independently drive workstreams across project controls, governance and digital implementation, turning project data into actionable insights.
• Lead client‑facing engagements, shape solutions, manage junior staff and ensure on‑ground implementation impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deploy digital workflows, dashboards, data models and analytics tools.

Required profile

• 2–10 years of experience in digital operations solution implementation, preferably within the infrastructure sector.
• Exposure to large capital projects in roads, highways, energy, utilities, industrial infrastructure, semiconductors or manufacturing.
• Strong execution discipline, ability to manage stakeholders and deliver results in live project environments.
