Campaigns Marketer

About the role

Photojaanic is seeking a data‑driven Campaigns Marketer to plan, execute, and optimise paid‑media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and marketplace channels. The ideal candidate loves numbers, enjoys A/B testing, and stays current with the latest advertising tools and trends.

Key responsibilities

• Research competitor campaigns and define best‑practice strategies.
• Create briefs, ad copy, and creative assets for ads, emailers, and video content.
• Plan, set up, and launch campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Pinpoint and other platforms.
• Manage campaigns end‑to‑end: monitor performance, analyse results, optimise and report.
• Conduct A/B tests and quantitative analysis to improve conversion and retention.
• Collaborate with designers, video creators, copywriters and solutions teams to execute briefs.
• Utilise in‑house tools for audience lists and campaign automation.
• Stay updated on industry trends in SEM, digital marketing and consumer behaviour, recommending improvements.
• Brainstorm and propose new growth strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 1‑3 years of experience in PPC campaign management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good written communication and content creation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Willingness to adopt the latest digital‑marketing tactics and AI tools.
