Campaign Manager – Omni‑Channel Marketing

About the role

As a Campaign Manager at Decathlon India you will drive omni‑channel marketing and communication campaigns across digital, social, in‑store and out‑of‑home channels. You will design, execute and optimise hyper‑local and national campaigns that connect Indian sports enthusiasts with Decathlon’s product range.

Key responsibilities

• Define and build comprehensive online and offline marketing strategies for national, city‑specific and sport‑category campaigns.
• Architect end‑to‑end media plans, allocating budgets across Digital (Performance & Brand), Social, In‑store branding and OOH media.
• Manage external performance and creative agencies, monitoring and optimising campaign execution on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with publishers, platforms and vendors to secure high‑impact placements and maximise Share of Voice.
• Track campaign performance daily/weekly, pivot strategies based on data insights and deliver post‑campaign debriefs.
• Leverage analytics tools to monitor the customer journey from awareness to conversion across online and physical stores.
• Serve as the central hub linking sport commercial leaders, retail managers, digital teams and global brand teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing omni‑channel marketing campaigns, preferably in a retail or sports environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into data‑driven media plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, coordinating internal teams and external agencies.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and optimise campaigns for ROI.
