Campaign Manager – Digital Marketing (On-site)

About the role

The Campaign Manager will lead the planning, execution, monitoring and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work on‑site in Margao to generate leads, acquire customers and meet defined business KPIs while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Coordinate with content writers, designers and freelance resources to ensure brand‑consistent assets.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate performance reports and apply data‑driven improvements.
• Analyse campaign data, extract insights and translate them into actionable optimisation tactics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver high‑performing campaigns.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in campaign management, performance or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of campaign planning, execution, optimisation and reporting.
• Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA3 & GA4) and key performance metrics.
• Experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate management.
• Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (preferred).
